Return and Exchange Policy

At Patola, we aim to ensure a smooth exchange process for our customers. Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Service team to arrange a return via courier. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

The request for exchange must be submitted (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving the item.
The request must clearly state the reason(s) for the exchange.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the price tag intact.
The original invoice must be sent along with the item.
The item should be unused, with no stains, odours, perfume scents, or signs of washing.
Important Notes:

Items purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged.
If an item purchased at regular price is later discounted, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Patola reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion.
Upon approval of the exchange request, customers will be notified by our Customer Service team.
No Refund Policy
Patola strictly follows a no refund policy. The option of cashback is not available. The exchange policy applies once the order has been placed, the parcel received, or payment processed.

Damages & Claims
Exchanges for damaged items are permitted under the following conditions:

The item has a manufacturing defect, the wrong size, or is the wrong product.
The complaint is raised within 2 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the original invoice (via email, phone, or WhatsApp).
Allow up to 1 week for the processing of damage claims.
